Job Profile: Rob Ghio, farmer and artist
A normal day at Rocky Fork Farms is anything but typical. When Rob Ghio, the farm's owner, goes out to feed the birds, he steps into a pen containing hundred-pound emus. Ghio raises emus - large, flightless birds in the same family as the ostrich. In return for his care, the birds produce eggs that Ghio carves and sells as artwork.
